Apprenticeship
Jacky and Heather have been growing their apprenticeship program since 2014.
They have been working hard to create the perfect structure and curriculum for the assistants.
The program does last 1 year long, with a 90 day evaluation, followed by bi- weekly classes for
8 months. The structure includes cutting classes, color theory, color classes, along with self
growth, correcting bad habits and learning how to be a luxury stylist. It’s a fast pass into being
successful at a sooner rate.
